Countryside Homes is a fully licensed estate agency (AMI 7339) based in the Algarve. We know the area well, and have direct contact with the owners and the properties we are marketing.
At Countryside Homes you deal directly with the owners, who are Portuguese and English, experienced, knowledgeable and dedicated to delivering the best service, support and assistance.
Portuguese lawyers, architects and Surveyors, fluent in English, work with us to provide advice and handle all aspects of a purchase, to ensure a sound and secure investment. In addition advice on banking, mortgages and insurance is available.
We can meet with you in Portugal to provide advice and information, and to understand your requirements. If we do not have suitable properties in our portfolio, we will be only too pleased to search in your chosen area.
We can arrange for you to view properties and to have the time you need to become familiar with the area. Arrangements are individual, tailored to your needs, and without any pressure to purchase. We believe choosing and buying a property should be an enjoyable experience.
